The Standard License allows the user to launch the application from a local Windows computer system.
Maintenance Fee
For the Standard license, each license has a non-prorated $2940.00 annual fee. The annual fee covers an unlimited usage of common readers, training, support, and software updates.

Note:
Customers may reactivate their ScanWriter account within 1 year from the account close date, there is a reactivation fee of $1,995.00 for ScanWriter Standard.
Refund Policy (For US only)**
You will have 25 uses of the full featured software (NOTE: Exporting transactions into Excel is limited to 5 times) before applying the purchased CD Key. You may obtain a full refund of the purchase price if you return ScanWriter with in 30 days after purchase and before applying the CD Key. There will be no refund after 30 days of purchase or once the CD Key has been applied.
**REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES. ALL PURCHASES OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES ARE FINAL.
